information of service buyer and contact them directly. |

Is the project confirmed once we purchase it from your site?
|
ITMatchOnline does not sell the project. ITMatchOnline only provides the contact information of the person (Buyer) who has sent the project requirements. You have to contact and follow-up them directly. The project you get or not depend on several factors like your quote, your ability to convince the Buyer etc.
|

Once the project is sold it won’t be seen onsite?
|
A project is removed from ITMatchOnline, when one of the following conditions are met: |
- Service buyer has selected a vendor
- Service Buyer has expressed intention that they no longer want to get any further response from service providers.
- Project is posted for more then 60 days.
Thus, even if someone has purchased the contact information of service buyer, then also the project will not be removed from the site.
Typically, there are 10-15 service providers who get contact information for a project posted on ITMatchOnline. |

The project is from USA. How do I know if the client wants an US company only, or he is open for outsourcing in other countries like India?
|
Generally, when Buyers are sending project requirements to ITMatchOnline, they are looking for service providers worldwide. If they have any specific preference of localization, they mention it in their description. |
| Back To Top |
Do we need to bid for the project, after purchasing the same from you?
|
The fees that you pay to ITMatchOnline is for getting contact information of Buyer. You have to provide a quote to Buyer and follow-up with them vigorously. |
| Back To Top |
Will the buyer pay advance payment for project?
|
It is outside the purview of ITMatchOnline. Once you receive the contact information of service buyer, you have to contact
them directly and negotiate the terms and conditions with them. |
| Back To Top |
Are the projects genuine?
|
ITMatchOnline takes pride in posting only genuine projects on site. We have over 5 years of experience in
BPO business. Our parent company Hi-Tech Export (www.hitechexport.com) employs over 350 persons for doing
outsourcing work. We are aware of frauds that have taken place in last couple of years and we take special
care in verifying the projects before they are posted on ITMatchOnline. None of the projects posted on
ITMatchOnline requires any upfront payment.
|
However, you should understand that Buyers post the projects with an intention to sub contract the work,
they are under no obligation to award the project. |

What role do you play in getting right work and payment to service provider?
|
ITMatchOnline is a bridge for providing common platform between service buyer and service provider. All we do is post genuine projects and provide contact
information to interested service providers. As a Service Provider, it is your responsibility to directly contact Buyer for the project, convince them and
negotiate the terms and conditions including payment. |

When will we get buyer details?
|
If you are paying by Credit Card or with Prepaid coupon, then you will get the contact details immediately on successful authorization of your credit card
or pre-paid coupon. |
|
If you are paying by Demand Draft, then contact details will be mailed to you on receipt of payment.
|

Give me complete details of the project?
|
All the details that we receive from service buyer are posted on the site. If you want to know more about
that project, then you have to get the contact information of service buyer by paying a few and contact Buyers directly for the same. |
| Back To Top |
What is the guarantee for me that the project exists and it has not been sold off yet?
|
The best thing is to contact the clients as soon as the project is posted on site. This way, the chances of getting a response from Buyer is significantly high.
We request Buyers to let us know as soon as the project is closed so that we can take out the project from site. We also proactively check with Buyers about the
availability of the project. Despite all this, for older projects, there is always an element of risk that project may be on hold or Buyer may not be seeking
active partnership immediately. |

What does the buyer info available column signify? What does the values '1, 2, 6, 7' indicate?
|

A particular project can be purchased by more than one provider, right?
|
Yes, you are right. A particular project can be purchased by more than one provider also. Typically, contact information for each project is
purchased by 10-15 service providers. Also, Buyer might have contacted some service providers outside ITMatchOnline also. |
| Back To Top |
I have purchased one project but have not received any reply till date. Also sent reminder?
|
This is unfortunate, but not unusual. Normally, Buyers are contacting several service providers for their project. Based on our experience, if you contact
Buyers within 24 hrs of posting project, the chances of getting reply from firms are as good as 70%-80%. This decreases dramatically to 10%-20%, if the project is more then 7 days old. |
So, you are encouraged to get the contact info of Buyer and contact them as soon as the project is posted. Further, if phone number is
available, you should also try to follow-up them by phone. |
| Back To Top |
I have been in contact with Buyer since 1 month, now he says that Project is on Hold. What shall I do?
|
Buyers post their project, which they wish to outsource, but as per the terms of ITMatchOnline, they are under no obligation to award the project. Our suggestion is that you follow
up with the Buyer every 30-60 days and wait for another opportunity from him. |
| Back To Top |
Do you return the fees if the company does not give me project?
|
All payments made to ITMatchOnline are non-refundable. |
| Back To Top |

|

This is due to an error on the part of the Transecute server. Any transaction which displays this error, has ALREADY FAILED and you need to pay for this Order again.
2. ERROR!!! We have encountered an internal error while processing your request. This happened because of a connectivity issue with the Credit Card Processor.
This error occurs when either the Transecute server is unable to connect to your Credit Card Issuing Bank's Credit Card Processing server or there was any other kind of error on the side of the Issuing Bank.
Any transaction which displays this error, has ALREADY FAILED and you need to pay for this Order again.
3. ERROR!!! Your Transaction is already being processed. This can occur if you clicked on the back button and tried to submit this Transaction again. The transaction may succeed or fail, however the status
of the Transaction will have to be set manually. Please contact the Merchant to verify the status of the transaction with the following reference numbers and inform him of this message. PLEASE DO NOT TRY to
execute this transaction once more from the beginning, or you may end up charging your card twice.
This error is displayed when you have already once tried to pay for this Order and then you might have either Refresh your browser or press the Back button of the browser or clicked on the Submit button again.
Since there is one similar transaction in process for the same Order, hitting the Submit or Back or Refresh button tries to pay this transaction again and thus, displays you the above error.

You may receive this error in either of the following cases:

You can verify whether a transaction was successful or not, by visiting http://pay.transecute.com and entering your Credit Card number.
This will display all your previous transactions at Transecute.com or one of its merchants.

Bank has declined my transaction?
|
When any transaction happens on a Transecute.com powered website, Transecute sends your Credit Card details to your Credit Card Issuing Bank. Your Credit Card [CC] Issuing Bank verifies the CC details sent by us and responds to us accordingly.
Based on this, Transecute displays an appropriate message to you.
In the instance where you have been displayed this message by the Transecute server, it implies that your CC Issuing Bank has refused to process this transaction. We don't know exactly why your Bank has declined this transaction,
but the reason could be one of the following:
- You have done some transaction previously on your Credit Card but irrespective of that, having failed or succeeded the transaction amount in your Credit card has been blocked. So though your Credit Card displays that you have not crossed your Maximum Available Funds threshold, you still do not have enough funds to transact.
- Your Credit Card has been reported as stolen
- Due to some pending formalities your CC Issuing Bank has blocked your account and stopped any transactions from happening using this Credit Card.
There can be numerous reasons for your Issuing Bank declining this transaction, however, you need to get in touch with your Credit Card Issuing Bank to know the exact reason and its solution, so that you can continue transacting with us.
