Types of email marketing

Email marketing has proven to be a very flourishing for those who have executed it in the approved manner. Their Business are doing well and running in the brisk. To send email is very much economical than the other forms of communication. There are three types of email communications you can introduce to your clients, some of which are not directly associated with the sales but can definitely lend a hand in boosting their bottom line in other ways, for sure.

1. Direct email: It is a sort of advertising medium in which messages are delivered to the target customers by means of mail.   Direct mail is also an effective medium in business-to-business marketing for the reason that business orders are generally of larger value than consumer purchases, so it usually takes more than one mailing to make a sale.

There are three key elements of successful direct mail: Putting the offer, deciding on the target audience among customer lists and databases, and producing the direct mail package.

On the whole, Direct mail is a lucrative option for small business owners, as they come into a light in relation to the bottleneck information about a product and service and will also arrive at any possible target group that too in a cut-rate amount.

2. Retention email: The Email Retention Policy has been designed to help employees determine what information has been sent or received through email should be retained and for how much duration. These mails often take the form of regular emails well-known as newsletters. A newsletter may perhaps bear a promotional message or advertisement, but will focus on cementing a long-lasting impact on the readers as well. Retention mail should provide readers more than with the sales message. It should encompass information which could enlighten and benefits them immensely.

3. Advertising in other people's emails: Rather than creating your own newsletter, you should go for the other viable option, which is to hit upon the newsletters published by others and pay them in order to advertise your products and/or services in the emails so they can send to their subscribers. This is the most dominant and flexible form of direct marketing. Through this means of email marketing, you would not be able to just talk-about your messages rapidly and reasonably but will also be able to tailor your message to the client more economically unlike the paper-based marketing.
