This is a legal binding agreement between you and Hi-Tech Outsourcing (P) Ltd., which owns and operates the ITMatchOnline.com website. You are requested to carefully read the “terms and conditions” of this agreement before entering into any business deal.

Terms of Usage

1. Definitions.

“ITMatchOnline” is an interactive on-line portal, a property of “Hi-Tech Outsourcing (P) Ltd. (HTO) on the World Wide Web. A “Subscriber” is a person who agrees to enter into business or one who establishes a connection (“Account”) for accessing and using “ITMatchOnline”.

2. General Conditions.

All the columns mentioned in the Advertisement Form are mandatory and have to be filled.

ITMatchOnline will solely have the right to decide whether an “Advertisement” should be posted on the website or not.

ITMatchOnline has the “Power of Decision” and any decision made will be final and binding.

Once an advertisement is posted by the “Subscriber”, “ITMatchOnline” will examine the content. If it is found appropriate, a link will be sent      to the “Subscriber”, which the “Subscriber” has to activate.

The final “activation” authority lies with “ITMatchOnline”. ITMatchOnline will perform activation only after the “Subscriber” makes payment.

Amount once paid to “ITMatchOnline” will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The activation process of the “advertisement” will take some time and it will not go “live” on the website as soon as the payment is made.

Penalties

We will issue a warning, temporarily or indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide any services to you if (a) You breach any terms and conditions of ITMatchOnline or the agreements incorporated, including our written policies and procedures posted on the Site; (b) We are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide us; or (c) We believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our users or for ITMatchOnline.com.Once temporarily or indefinitely suspended or terminated, you cannot continue to use ITMatchOnline.com service under the same account, a different account or re-register under a new account. In case of violations of this Agreement, severe action will be taken, resulting in additional penalties.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad (state of Gujarat), India jurisdiction.
